A little bit about myself
My journey of self-discovery began more than 10 years ago when I felt that Life had something else to give me.
I started practising Integral Yoga, Esoteric Tantra, Kashmir Shiavism and Meditation - gradually discovering the mysteries of spirituality.
It was this profound aspiration for God that awakened the mysteries of my being and allowed me to start discovering my Godly Essence.
You realize you are fulfilling your destiny when something inside of you awakens and springs constant plenitude and happiness.
This is how I feel when I teach spirituality and embrace God's messages and inspirations.

Shortly after I started to pursue the spiritual path I felt I needed to transform the way I was facing eroticism in my life.
This was when it came the shift between raw sexuality and conscious pure eroticism.
The magical world of authentic Tantra Tantric Massage led me to a whole new expansion of the heart and of my entire being - and I learnt a compeletly different way of dealing with pleasure and eroticism.
I discovered the key to real pleasure and elevated states of consciousness.
Today I am a very fulfilled and happy woman, yet I'm constantly transforming, constantly learning, constantly evolving - every day I work to be a better person, to blossom more and more as a woman and as a human being. Because a world full of flowers is a better world.

What I do today
With over 10 years of experience in spirituality and tantra yoga, my work today spans several ways of walking this path with others — individually, in pairs, and in groups.
I lead women's circles and offer feminine mentorship for women ready to reconnect with their body, their voice, and their power. I teach sacred communication courses — for women, and for couples ready to deepen how they relate to each other. I offer couples coaching, alongside my beloved Nuno, through Evolving Love.
I also teach tantric massage courses and lead tantric massage retreats, guiding people into presence, touch, and embodiment as a path to healing and connection. For couples wanting to go deeper together, I facilitate couples retreats — immersive spaces to reconnect, rebuild intimacy, and rediscover each other.
Beyond one-on-one and group work, I speak at conferences and workshops around the world, sharing this path with wider audiences and communities who are hungry for real conversations about tantra, love, eroticism, intimacy, and self-discovery.
Every format is different, but the intention is the same: to hold a safe, honest space for people to come home to themselves — and to each other.
