There is a path back to yourself. A path that passes through the body, through the breath, through the silence that ultimately transforms into presence. Yoni Awakening is an invitation to this return, to rediscover your yoni not as a place of shame or silence, but as a source of life, pleasure and power.
Over the course of 7 online theory and practice sessions, each lasting 1 hour 20 minutes, you will learn to work with the yoni egg safely and deeply, integrating ancient wisdom with living practice. Each session includes teachings, guided practice and homework to help you carry the experience with you throughout the week, between one session and the next.
You won’t be on this journey alone. A Telegram group will support you throughout the course, providing a vibrant space for questions, sharing and mutual support amongst women moving in the same direction.

What are yoni eggs
The yoni egg is a semiprecious stone, carved into the shape of an egg, used for centuries in tantric traditions as a tool for connecting with sexual and feminine energy. The word yoni comes from Sanskrit and means womb, source, sacred space. Working with the yoni egg means working directly with that source, bringing awareness, presence and vitality to a part of the body most of us learned to ignore.
In practice, the egg is inserted internally and worked with through breath, conscious contraction and release. Over time, this practice strengthens the pelvic floor, increases sensitivity and the capacity to feel pleasure, and builds a new relationship with an area of the body that carries, for many women, years of silence, tension or disconnection.
The yoni egg goes beyond the physical. In the tantric tradition, sexual energy is seen as life force, a power that, once awakened and well channeled, nourishes creativity, confidence and connection to the body. Working with the egg is also an invitation to slow down and truly listen to your body.
